What is a Tracking Number?
Tracking numbers are used by Think Smart to identify and trace shipments as they move through the Think Smart system to their destination. Think Smart automatically assigns a tracking number to your shipment.
Tracking numbers are comprised of
16 numeric digits (0000 0000 0000 0000)
Track a Single Tracking Number
Enter the Think Smart Tracking Number in the subject line of the e-mail or in the body of the message and send it to tracking@thinksmart.io. A detailed tracking response will be returned to your e-mail address.
Track Multiple Tracking Numbers
Enter all Think Smart Tracking Numbers in the body of the e-mail message. You do not need to specify a subject for the e-mail and send it to tracking@thinksmart.io. A detailed tracking response for all numbers will be returned to your e-mail address.
